Deputy Managing Partner

Geniva is driven by work that is useful and serves the public good. For more than two decades, she has worked with ministries, professional regulators, and public and non-profit organizations across Canada, providing strategic advising, research and evaluation, and project management in education, health, and social services. She holds a PhD in experimental cognitive psychology and brings scientific rigour to the complex, high-stakes questions and decisions that clients face.

Geniva keeps the whole of a project in view: what it set out to achieve, how its parts fit together, and where the details matter. Clients value her collaborative and constructive approach.

Alongside her work, she delights in movement, corvids, and song.
